Ebony Armor Effect- No More Smoke

Due to many questions, here is the purpose of this: To make combat/archery/etc in game less annoying with this armor. The smoke was nice looking but obtrusive, this simply removes the smoke but leaves the darkening effect since it isn't in the way.
