Why is there no "/yawn" option?

Oh, I know, because pointless gloating isn't boring (not to mention never absurdly childish as well), site wars always go well, and installing some security ALWAYS stops the "bad guy", right?

sadly enough wowmatrix was the only one that worked consitantly without crashing. thats why ended up using it maybe if curse put out a better product it wouldnt have to cry like a bunch of pansies and actually take the clients away from wowmatrix but it is probably easier to whine /cry

Won't matter in the long run, they'll find a way around any bans. *shrug* I HIGHLY doubt WM is as dead as everyone keeps trying to claim. Of course now that they also host addons (if the authors want them to), do you think all these "OMG THEY IS STEELINGS DA BANDWITHS" morons will shut up? No, I pretty much don't think so either. *shrug*

/cry - The latest Curse Client is crap. Period. It can't find even the addons that I *know* are in the Curse website. It does crappy addon installs. It crashes a lot. It plains suck! At least Wowmatrix used to work as intended, I never had any problems with it. Maybe Curse should hire the Wowmatrix programmers...

@Gumurak I gotta admit the 1st curse client (version 1.x or 2.x I cant remember) has so buggy that made me mad, but the actual one works like it should. You are complaining about a weak client? matrix often links to even if the version its alpha or w/o libs. I'm tired that people downloaded from matrix and then I have to spend 1/2 hr to find out what happened or explain that matrix isn't a reliable source. About the slow update process, I don't get how it can be slow if its added directly from the programmer, the only faster way I think of its that you had a direct access to the programmer's editor or something. I think that the problem you had its that you wanted the latest update even if its Alpha (like matrix often linked) and the curse client wont link directly to those only because it isn't for the end user.

Well, instead of finding ways of fucking up for wowmatrix, try to create a client that does what wowmatrix does, but gives ad revenue to you guys instead. Shouldn't be that hard to choose ads based on what addons are being downloaded and from which site. If someone has 60% curse addson and 40% WowI addons, let him have curse ads 60% of the time. Instead people are now pissed at having to manually install addons again.

Am i happy they were stealing bandwith? Absolutetly not. Do I think banning them out without providing people with a solution for it is bad, yes. While I understand that people do an insane amount of work to provide us with the addons we have today. And for free mind you. I do not understand why an updater program is not implimented. Curse's is horrible and because thier update process is slow. You wind up with unbelievable results and horrible installs. From my understanding the wowaceupdater is no longer made. And wowinterface is stalling on thiers. This pretty much leaves us with nothing.
