    From Aezay's comments on the page you linked, it seems this is a TipTac issue. I'm going to give this a couple days and if there's no reply, I will close the ticket. Good luck, and feel free to let me know if there's anything I could do to help.

    First, thank you for the screenshot. That's a great way to communicate what the issue is. Unfortunately (for you, but very fortunately for me :) ), I'm going to be going on vacation in a couple days. This means I won't be able to go over things with you for at least a week.

    In the meantime, here's what I suggest:
    1) Find out if this is a problem even if all addons except Overachiever and TipTac are disabled.
    2) Try using different TipTac settings (besides just disabling it) to see if it changes anything.
    3) See if this tooltip problem happens only for creatures (like the critter in the screenshot) or if it also applies to items (like the ones you need to consume) and world objects (like fishing nodes and books).
    4) Report your findings to TipTac's author, including the screenshot you gave me. You can also report your findings here, but the screenshot makes me think it's more of TipTac issue than an Overachiever one, though I won't tell you that definitively at this point.

    It looks like blizzard string, which must be hidden, covering Overachiever text or/and Overachiever text is situated in wrong string (4th).

    Overachiever doesn't do anything with a Russian client that it doesn't do for any other, besides localization string differences. I do not have access to the Russian client, so if this problem persists, someone who does will have to do the testing and "poking around" necessary to figure out the cause of the problem.
