Description This mod allows you to convert an amount (user-configurable) of dragon souls into a perk point. It can be configured via soulstoperks.ini. Description Choose from the range of ESPs to customise how dual casting works in Skyrim. Cost: This is the magicka cost multiplier. Take for example Thunderbolt, lets say it takes 10 magicka to cast.
