The sharpen effect is applied by default.
To deactive sharpen effect : open shader.fx and scroll till you see : #include “Sharpen.h”
Put 2 // in the begining of the line. = //#include “Sharpen.h”
INSTALL:
Extract the content inside the D3D9 folder to The install dir. Where the executable is.
Usually here: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim
PEOPLE WHO HAVE PROBLEM WITH CRASHING READ HERE:
It seems that Fps monitoring programs and tray tools such as ati tray tools cause the game to crash. Disable any of thoose and it should work flawlessly.
Update:
Made a Sharpen fix for those that want less sharpen effect.
Updated to version 1.1
Removed the sharpen Edges and made the Antiallias look even better
