You can find a Daedra Heart (0003AD5B) for sale at an Alchemy Shops or General Goods store. I forget which it was, but I bought my first at one while skilling up my alchemy.

Most of the commenters on one of the popular forums I posted it on complained about the daedra heart being too rare during the first version. And the requirements are the same as 100 ebony arrows plus one daedra heart.

I think 100 Daedric Arrows is a bit over kill, to be honest. The cost of all of the materials is too cheap to create that many. In my opinion, anywhere between 20 and 50 is more appropriate, as they are the strongest arrows you can get.
