Expands on the cannibalism perk (given by a certain quest item) to give the player the option to "Harvest" meat instead of "Feed"ing on the corpse right then. The player may feed or harvest the corpse, but not both. Either action consumes the meat of the body. Harvesting is considered to be the same crime as feeding, and will give the player a small bounty if he is seen harvesting. The requirement of this new ability is the same as the original cannibal requirement for feeding on a corpse. Each harvested corpse gives 3 human flesh and 1 human heart.
