Riften
smelter at Riften, it is near this doorway to the exit of town, right near the blacksmith, by that chopping block. the placement is a bit weird, but i dont have much empty space to work with... (its sorta in the wall) but it works. ...also the wood chopper stands in the coals .... ... ive done that before in real life, for real lol, so whatever it makes sense haha.
