College of Winterhold Improved

Grindstone + Tanning Rack

Planning to overhaul the College of Winterhold to make it more useful for the player. Currently the below has been added:

Arch-Mage Quarters
- Added Tanning Rack
- Added Grindstone
- Added 2 display cases
- Removed 2 benches

Hall of Attainment
- Added Arcane Enchanter
- Removed the haybails
- Upon assuming the Arch-Mage position, any object is usable/takable (without stealing).

Hall of Countenance
- Removed the haybails.
- Upon assuming the Arch-Mage position, any object is usable/takable (without stealing).

The Midden
- Added a Smelter
- Added a Forge

Planning to to add next:
- Weapon racks
- Bookshelves

    I think unlimited magicka within the college would be nice.
