Version 1.3 Discovered at some stage in my tweaking I had broken the mod and it was no longer loading. Fixed the composite file and moved charred skeever to the smelter menu because it was lonely being the only misc item in the cooking list. Release has only the composite file. Known caveats

Assumptions were made about form id and other fields. Seems to work fine but should be redone when the CK is released.
