r15

There is male and female nudity contained in this version of the mod.
v1.4 offers some fairly big changes in the pathing of the esp for the race. As such, if you are already playing a v1.3 Noiral, when upgrading from v1.3 to v1.4, when you log into your game, you will need to go into the console and use "player.setrace noiralrace". This is what worked for me.
Another option, before installing v1.4, load up your game and using whatever console method you prefer, change your race. Save the game, uninstall v1.3, then install v1.4 and load up your character. Then use whatever console method you prefer to change your race back to the Noiral.
Also...for those looking for the noiralracecontroller script...it is packed in the scripts folder found in the BSA, and not in the scripts folder packed separately from the BSA.
This is the CBBE slim rendition of the females of the race, and this is an exclusive body style released for this (and affiliated) sites.
Other body styles are available at: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/24397
You have been warned.

The Noiral were a small tribe of Nords who followed teachings laid out in an ancient manuscript written by Thadgeir the Tattooed Man, who was supposedly a hero of the Atmoran Civil war, and one of Ysgramor's five hundred companions. This manuscript and the secrets held within were handed down from Thadgeir to his son Yngvar, who was the founder of the Noiral. Upon learning these secrets, and mastering the rituals held within Thadgeir's book, Yngvar shared the secrets with a select few, who then sequestered themselves in the wilds of Skyrim, away from prying eyes to keep these secrets from the hands of those who would abuse the power. This tribe has survived in Skyrim, passing their secrets down from generation to generation, and has largely remained out of the affairs of Skyrim...that is until the Thalmor incursion.
On their crusade to stamp out Talos worship, the Thalmor discovered the Noiral's village deep in the wilds of Skyrim. Though the Noiral wielded great power, the Thalmor numbers were too great, and the Noiral tribe was decimated, and the village was burned to cinders and ashes. The few surviving Noiral are now scattered throughout Skyrim...
Thadgeir's Teachings:
Thadgeir's manuscript talked of Thadgeir's early journeys and travels to strange and unknown lands. It was in these journeys that he learned of strange rituals and rites, and that he branded his body with mystic symbols (earning him the moniker of "the Tattooed Man"). These symbols are said to bind primordial nature spirits to ones very being, and allow the branded to draw upon this spirit, granting them various powers and abilities.

The Noiral can manifest a portion of their power and create a fiery wolf for short periods of time to aid them in their journeys. This primal avatar gains in power as the Noiral gains in levels.

The Noiral can enhance their senses by infusing themselves with primal energies, allowing them to see in the dark, and locate nearby friends and foes.

By drawing on the power of their nature spirit through their runes, the Noiral become highly resistant to elemental attacks and poisons for short periods of time, as well as gaining back a small portion of their health and stamina.

When fully unleashing the power of their nature spirits, the Noiral become nearly invincible engines of destruction. This grants the Noiral bonus resistances, regeneration, and fortifies their attacks (one handed, two handed, and destruction).

The Primal Spells are an optional file in the download and an attempt to add a small bit of lore for the Noiral to the game. So, for those RP purists, only download and use with the Noiral race. For those just looking for some new spells and weapons for whatever you are playing...well, I can't really stop you from downloading and using them, now can I?
These tomes and two artifacts were taken from the Noiral ruins after the Thalmor attack, and of the seven tomes, only five have remained in Thalmor hands. Two were given to an Imperial torturer, as a gift (he had some skill in the arcane arts and he thought he could crack the secrets of the Noiral) for "convincing" a captive Noiral prisoner to share the location of the Noiral village.
Important Note In the torture chamber in Helgen Keep, on or near the torturer's satchel, you will find a note which will basically tell you the general locations of these items and spells. It is mainly there to add to the RP flavor of the items and the Noiral, but it does not set off a particular quest chain. Sorry, I have not gone that far into my script-fu to create an actual, physical quest. For those that missed it and want to console command it, the note is titled "Items of Interest" (item ID is "LetterNoiralItems").
As for the spells and items:
Primal Bear form I thru III allows you to take the form of a Primal Bear. Be warned, you will take increased damage from frost while in this form. You have two swipe attacks, and hitting the space bar will perform a power attack. This form lasts for 300 seconds.
Primal Energy Form phases your physical body out of existence, releasing primal energies in its place. You have increased health, magicka and stamina regeneration while this is active, are in ethereal form, and enemies attacking you will take frost, fire and electricity damage. You cannot attack while in this form. Basically a nice little "oh $#!t" button.
Primal Blast is similar to Flames, but you blast your foes with primal elemental energies, and can slow them down some.
Primal Strike is similar to Ice Bolt, but you strike your foe with with primal elemental energies, and have a chance to paralyze the target for a few seconds.
Conjure Primal Dragon allows you to release a Primal Spirit in the form of a dragon. This summons lasts for five minutes, and can be used once per day. As a warning: while this dragon will attack your enemies, it still basically functions like a dragon, while flying in the air during the fight, if it spots a tasty foe which is not currently a part of your current fight, it may stop and attack it. As well, this is a large creature...I would recommend against trying to summon it in tight spaces. AND, this summoned creature does take extra damage from cold based sources.
There are also two Primal Artifacts, once wielded by Thadgeir the Branded that have been in the safe keeping of the Noiral until the Thalmor attack. The waraxe "Reaver" and the bow "FrostFyre" were both weapons forged by Thadgeir's hand, and were infused with primal energies enhancing their powers greatly.
ForstFyre deals fire, frost and stamina damage, and has a chance at slowing targets. Reaver does fire and stamina damage, and has a chance at staggering foes. Both weapons have unlimited charges, and are fairly comparable in stats (if not slightly more powerful) to artifacts currently in game. The weapons themselves are equivalent to Daedric quality weapons.
These are meant to be rare tomes and weapons, so they have not and will not be placed on a merchant anywhere. They are meant to be earned, hence me placing them in various points throughout the game. If you have already finished questing in these areas, then see the below on how to get your hands on the spells and weapons.
For those that want to do it the easy way or those have already quested through the above areas...open your console and type "help primal" to get the codes for the spells and books. For the weapons, just type help, and the weapon name. Then use "player.addspell" to add the spells to your spell list, or "player.additem" to add the spell tomes or weapons to your inventory.
Known Issues: When in Primal Bear form there may be issues when running through small/tight spaces. As well, if you go into the first person view, you will not be able to attack while in this form. And for some reason, Primal Strike keeps showing up as an Alteration Spell...I cannot get it to read properly as a Destruction Spell for whatever reason. Also, the Primal Dragon needs enough room to be summoned in, so the spell may fail when in areas without enough space.
One other possible issue: Any mod that alters Reachwind Eyrie might, just might conflict with part of this mod.
Locations of tomes and weapons:
The spell tomes are scattered throughout a few locations. Primal Bear I and Primal Blast can be found in Helgen Keep in the torture chamber. Primal Bear II and Primal Strike can be found in a chest in North Watch Keep. Primal Bear III and Primal Energy Form can be found in the Thalmor Embassy Dungeon. Conjure Primal Dragon, the waraxe Reaver, and the bow, FrostFyre, can be found in: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Reachwind_Eyrie (this tower is patrolled by two dragons, and you will have to face a wizard and his lackeys on the inside).

The Noiral have enhanced stats, but for those who feel the race is too powerful, download some mods to increase the games difficulty (Deadly Dragons, Mighty Dragons, Enhanced Fauna and Monsters, etc). There is a weakened version of the race offered under the Optional ESP download.
Destruction 10 Conjuration 9 Enchanting 9 Two-Handed 8 One-Handed 8 Heavy Armor 8 Light Armor 8
The noiral also enjoy an increased carrying capacity (400), and enhanced magicka, stamina and health regeneration (even in combat) and stats. Again, there is a weakened version of the race available with vanilla level stats/regeneration.

Many of the presets make use of the apachii mod, and as such, the game will crash if you do not have the ApachiiSkyHairFemale_v_1_0 and ApachiiSkyHair_v_1_4_Full installed. (Note that there is an optional ESP available for download that does not require you to download Apachii for the mod to work.)
Just to reiterate, there are two separate files needed from Apachii as listed above. If you do not have the two downloads from Apachii, your game WILL crash.
Everything else is already included in the download.
And again, for those that DO NOT want to download any additional files, there is an optional ESP available that does not require Apachii to be downloaded to use this mod. It is in the Optional ESP download.

Noiral that become vampires find their powers greatly weakened. When the candle flame of your life essence is snuffed out, the nature spirit that was bound to you is little but a shadow of what it once was. Enhanced stats are lessened, and you lose access to a few powers.

Only use this option if you have the Dawnguard expansion installed. When asked if you want to overwrite any files, click yes.
Now, if you are using UFO or the UOSKP (or both), and you want to ensure compatibility (I will say that I use UFO and have yet to run into an issue), you will need to go to the page where I received the DG fix, and download the files from there and install them as instructed: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/24168

A lot of mods and the works of talented modders went into the making of this little creation. Without them, this race and skins would not be possible. So, here we go with the thanks, and be sure to check out their individual mods (if I missed anyone, let me know so I can get them added):
